Duties
As a HOA Outreach Representative, you will:
- Possess a strong customer focus with the ability to have detailed conversations
- Bring owner accounts to a status so they can begin traveling
- Be 100% phone-based
- Work in a metrics-driven environment
- Be able to work the following schedule:
- Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
- Saturday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- 6 to 12 months of collections/sales experience
- 6 to 12 months call center experience
- Timeshare knowledge and experience preferred
- Banking and/or mortgage experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak English fluently (Spanish is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a high level of emotional intelligence (i.e., able to relate to customers and show them empathy)
- Attendance and Punctuality
