Job Description
**Loveland Electric II, LLC is one of the top Electrical Contractors in South Florida! We are seeking a full-time, experienced Electrical Estimator to join our Team! This position will be based out of our Corporate office in Lake Park, FL and will report to the President of the company. This is not a Remote position. This individual must have current experience doing Electrical Estimating with a proven record of successful takeoffs; preferably experience with Industrial Projects, as well as large Commercial projects.**

· Very Competitive Base Salary Package ($80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year, Based on experience and qualifications)
· Medical/ Dental Insurance offered after 60 days:
· After 90 days of Employment: 1 week Paid Vacation time after 1 year employment and 2 weeks Vacation after 3 years of employment.
· 6 Paid Holidays, 4 Paid Sick/Personal Days.
Responsibilities are, but not limited to:
· Review specifications / drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
· Perform accurate take-offs of switchgear, fixtures, conduit, wire, etc., for water/wastewater and commercial projects.
· Maintain all document/job files as back-up for estimate figures, including current / accurate pricing information from suppliers.
· Prepare estimates in a timely manner and well in advance of deadlines.
· Attend Pre-bid meetings both virtual and on-site as necessary.
· Participate in business development activities to identify, target and secure project opportunities.
· Develop solid relationships with clients and vendors to position company as the electrical contractor of choice.
· Establish and maintain solid communication with Estimating team and Management.
· Software knowledge: Accubid, SAGE, Autocad, Bluebeam, Procore and the MS Office suite of products.
Qualifications Required:
· 5 years of Electrical Estimating required. Estimating water/waste water treatment facilities preferred.
· Solid knowledge of National Electric Codes.
· Journeyman or Master Electrician license a plus, but not required.
· Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
