Hiring New Pre-K Teacher

The duty is to nurture, educate, and support the students in her classroom. She strives to develop each child's unique potential and to create a safe and fun educational environment for all. In addition to her teaching duties, she participates in class activities, leads the children in prayer, and supports the school's mission.

The duty is to provide early childhood education that meets the unique needs of each student in her class. To do this, she must be familiar with federal, state, and local statutes and regulations that govern early childhood education programs. Additionally, she must be familiar with the curriculum that is used in the school district in which she works. In order to provide the best possible education for her students, the lead preschool teacher must be well-prepared and constantly updated on the latest developments in early childhood education.
