We’re actively hiring! We highly encourage our Care Companions caregivers to foster genuine relationships with the seniors in our community. The ideal candidate must be able to care for our clients and their property with dignity, patience, compassion, and respect. We’ll rely on you to do your best to keep your clients healthy, safe, and happy at home.

Schedule:

• 12 hour day shifts
• 3 to 4 days a week | 1 weekend day required

Responsibilities:

• Assist with all Activities of Daily Living
• Establish and maintain effective and professional communication and a strong relationship with clients, their family members, and co-workers
• Provide personalized in-home support to senior clients
• Help clients with all personal care needs
• Help keep clients’ environment clean and organized
• Remind client to take self-administered medications

Requirements:

• Home Care Aide (HCA) certification
• 5 years of professional caregiving experience
• I9 requirement compliant identification
• Negative TB test
• Valid Driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
