Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

Job Location: Medford, MA 02155.

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing

Contract: 10 weeks

Shift: 8hr.( All Shift Available)

Pay Rate: $40-45/HR.

Requirements:

• Must be certified as an LPN
• 1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
• COVID vaccination card/Religious Exempt/Medical Exempt

Responsibilities:

• Plans and manages patient care according to each patient's needs.
• Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
• Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
• Provides routine care for patients.
• Observes patients' health.
• Reviews medical charts.
