Hiring Customer Retention Representatives - Remote

Pay: $15.89/hr $1 differential for bilingual in Spanish
Overview: The Remote Customer Retention Specialists’ main purpose is to retain Life Insurance Customers. You will speak with existing policyholders and try to resell the benefits of why it is important to have life insurance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Call Center Environment Position - Need to be comfortable handling high volume calls on a daily basis - Dependent on the volume but on average around 90+ calls per day -
- Mixture of both inbound and outbound calls
- Heavy phone contact with existing policy holders who are wanting to cancel their policy
- Trying to explain and resell the benefits of why it is important to have life insurance
- Services cancellation requests
- Ensure customer needs are met on every interaction
- Maintain department standards for number of calls, average handle and time management
Requirements:
- Assessments need to be completed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Remote job
- Retention/sales experience
- Call center experience is a plus!
- Part-Time & Full-Time
- Great customer service skills
