The Position
Romex Pest Control is in search of a candidate eager to advance within our company as a Customer Retention Specialist. We are looking for someone with a self-driven, ambitious, and dynamic demeanor, ready to exert effort in nurturing customer relationships and upholding trust in Romex Pest Control. Candidates must excel in relationship building, fostering trust and confidence, social awareness, and ethical persuasion.
A day in the Life of a Customer Retention Specialist
- Answer inbound phone calls and make outbound phone calls to customers who have requested to end their service agreements, fulfill their needs, and retain them as valued customers.
- Create and maintain positive and trusting relationships with customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism in interactions with customers; both internal and external.
- Accurately update customer account information in CRM software during and after each interaction.

Supplemental pay types: Commission Pay

Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred (call center, hospitality, service industry, pest control industry, etc.)
- Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets)
- Must be able to work on a computer and quickly learn how to use new systems
- Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
