Job Details:
- Full-Time or Part-Time available
- Hybrid, 2 days a week onsite
- K-12th grade students
- Provide direct therapy services, complete evaluations; develop IEPs, provide consultation according to the IEP, bill for Medicaid services
Qualifications:
- Must have school based experience
- Must have an activeIndianaOccupational Therapistlicense
