***Rare Opportunity*** Remember when selling was fun, rewarding, and customers valued your help? This is invite to join a successful team built around a positive and professional work environment.  We like winning and our reps are highly compensated.  Our sales continue to grow from loyal customers who appreciate value and great customer service.  Volvo leads the market in PHEV models.  Our two new EV’s arrive in June.  Our model line up continues to expand and our all new showroom opened in 2023.  There are 50% more Mercedes, BMW, and Acura stores in the Bay Area than Volvo stores.  A rewarding and professional sales career still exists at our store with full support team including product specialists to assist with deliveries so you can focus on sales.  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend to all lead opportunity types – showroom; phone; internet; customer base
• Utilize CRM tool to manage and update lead activity
• Candidate must be able to generate at least 40+ appointments per month through professional written and verbal skills
• Manage a minimum of 10 units per month – new and used combined
• Lead and Assist customers via product expertise and knowledge of  finance/lease options with support from online pricing tool
• Conduct business with honesty and integrity
• Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous automotive dealership experience.
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written.
• Organized approach to managing your client base
• Comfortable making 30+ phone calls, emails, and text messages per day.
• Comfortable with computers, technology, and software applications.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Maximum 2 points

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000 to $200,000 per year

• Automotive Sales Experience: 2 years minimum
