Key Responsibilities:
- Engage customers (guests) in a professional and courteous manner, understanding their automotive needs and preferences
- Provide detailed product information and conduct demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various vehicles
- Assist customers (guests) through the sales process, from initial contact to closing the sale and facilitating after-sales services
- Build and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Automotive Sales or a related field is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $63,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
