Job Summary:

This position reports to the Director of Sales and is a high-level, consultative sales position which calls on Vice Presidents of Enrollment, Vice Presidents of Marketing, CFO’s and Presidents of Higher Education institutions. This position requires extensive product and industry knowledge and is responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned quarterly and annual sales quotas. Excellent prospecting skills are a must as only 20% of first appointments will be set for you by a Sales Development Representative. With a generous commission structure that includes contract expansions and renewal bonus structure, this is an outstanding opportunity for a sales professional with strong prospecting and solution positioning skills seeking uncapped earning potential.

Essential Functions:

· Uncover and Evaluate Opportunities: Research, pinpoint, and assess potential accounts within your assigned territory using highly personalize and engaging outreach methods, effectively communicating our unique value proposition to key decision-makers.

· Surpass Quarterly and Annual Booking Targets: Achieve quarterly and annual new booking targets as they are assigned to you by the Chief Customer Officer and Director of Sales

· Conduct Virtual and In-Person Campus Meetings and Conferences: Demonstrate ability to execute on a balance of virtual meetings and minimal travel requirements to meet prospective partners in-person, on their campuses and represent Capture at Regional and National industry events.

· Initiate Connections through Various Channels: Engage in prospecting and lead development through introductions facilitated by the Sales Development Team, cold-calling, email outreach, and employing diverse strategies to make meaningful connections.

· Provide Valuable Insights for Continuous Improvement: Offer valuable feedback across sales and marketing, helping us refine our initial contact strategies promptly to meet evolving needs and priorities.

· Conduct In-Depth Research for Targeted Accounts: Dive into targeted accounts, qualifying potential buyers, identifying key contacts, and gathering critical information ahead of virtual product demonstrations.

· Curate Targeted Lists for Outreach Campaigns: Develop precise lists of prospects and contacts, enhancing the effectiveness of email and phone campaigns, as well as conference participation.

· Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives: Work closely with a designated Sales Development Representative, providing guidance and leading strategy to develop territory plans for maximum impact.

· Collaborate with Other Business Units: Work closely with Senior Enrollment Advisors, Operations, Data and Technology colleagues to demonstrate solutions and provide expertise in strategy configurations.

· Generate Solution Based Strategy Proposals: Develop strong proposals and RFP Responses highlighting Capture’s expertise in helping institutions overcome challenges and reach their goals.

· Master the Platform's Features: Showcase your proficiency in the platform's components, demonstrating fluency and expertise in its functionalities and value.

Experience:

· High-Level Opportunity:

o Ideal for an experienced individual with 10+ years of Sales experience, particularly in roles serving Higher Education or Software and Marketing Solutions.

· Industry Flexibility:

o While experience in selling into Higher Education or software is advantageous, it's not a prerequisite. We value diverse backgrounds and are open to candidates with various industry exposures.

· Tech-Savvy Environment:

o Familiarity with tools such as the suite of Microsoft Office Products, Salesforce, and Linkedin Sales Navigator is a bonus, but it's not mandatory. We're open to nurturing your skills and providing the necessary training.
