General Manager Must-haves:
- Two years in a GM role, or five years in an AGM role
- History of solid tenures (no job-jumpers please!)
- High volume experience preferred ($5million +)
- Ability to lead, develop, mentor and grow a team
- Exceptional leadership and communication and problem solving skills
- Team player mentality
- Proven ability to foster an environment of positivity and growth
- Ability to maintain grace under pressure
- Solid financial acumen (managing budgets, P&L, and implementing cost-control measures, writing staff schedules)
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and upholding high standards
