General Manager Must-haves:

• Two years in a GM role, or five years in an AGM role
• History of solid tenures (no job-jumpers please!)
• High volume experience preferred ($5million +)
• Ability to lead, develop, mentor and grow a team
• Exceptional leadership and communication and problem solving skills
• Team player mentality
• Proven ability to foster an environment of positivity and growth
• Ability to maintain grace under pressure
• Solid financial acumen (managing budgets, P&L, and implementing cost-control measures, writing staff schedules)
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and upholding high standards
