POSITION TITLE: Math Teacher; Midview High School, Long-term Leave Replacement
JOB DETAILS:
- Long-term Leave Replacement Position, approx. 7 weeks in length starting January 3, 2024
- Salary paid at the daily substitute rate as agreed upon by the Midview Board of Education, $125/day

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ohio Teaching License with proper certification at the High School Level with the ability to teach math or a substitute license with a strong math background.
- Previous experience in or knowledge of the Midview Local Schools is desired
- Prior work records must demonstrate good working habits, excellent attendance record and evaluations.
- Ability to provide a clear BCI/FBI background check free of convictions
JOB OVERVIEW:
- The Midview Local Schools is seeking an enthusiastic, energetic, and innovative Math teacher to fill a long term substitute vacancy at Midview High School. A High School Math teacher is responsible for delivering highly effective, differentiated instruction to a group of students with diverse needs. The successful candidate should demonstrate the knowledge and ability to develop engaging lessons that challenge and develop students on a daily basis. Knowledge with the enVisions math program is desired. The teacher should demonstrate a deep level of knowledge when it comes to the use of data and the State standards. The successful candidate should demonstrate a knowledge and ability to work with a diverse culture while implementing effective classroom management strategies to create a structured learning environment
