Adult High School Credit Diploma Mandated Teacher-Mathematics
Reports to: Director of Adult Education
Part Time, Two Evenings a Week, Academic Calendar
Non-Exempt

Salary Range: $31.19/hr for instructional time, plus 30 minutes of paid planning for each class

Job Description: EdAdvance is seeking a qualified applicant to a High School level math class for adult learners.
Major Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver math lessons for an agreed upon curriculum (Geometry, Personal Finance, Math at Work, Probability & Statistics or otheras determined by the teacher, director, and student credit needs)
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment
- Ability to differentiate instruction
- Develop engaging and interactive lessons
- Use a variety of instruction strategies and activities
- Promote student independence and critical and creative thinking
- Must have a CT #029 Math 7-12 certification
- Must participate in College & Career Readiness Standards training
- Must complete state mandated trainings for working with students under the age of 18
- Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations
