High Pressure Injection Mold Operator

Duramax Marine LLC, a 100% Employee-Owned manufacturing company located in Hiram, Ohio is seeking High Pressure Injection Mold Operators to join our team. Duramax Marine is a long-time, dedicated member of the marine industry. Our products are engineered to increase vessel performance to meet the demands of an ever-changing industry. Current openings are on second shift (3pm-11pm).

The Molding Operator will set-up and operate warm-up mills, injections and extruding machines, set-up molds, autoclave and all other related equipment to attain the quality and quantity necessary to meet required performance standards.
Role and Responsibilities

• Set-up, assembles and disassembles molds for production or storage
• Set-up adjustments and temperatures for autoclaves
• Loads and unloads materials using appropriate material handling equipment
• Performs injection operation, monitors pressure and temperature gauge
• Grinds, buffs and cleans out threads on injected product with hand or power tools
• Performs visual inspection of finished material

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing environments; molding, machining, fabrication, and assembly a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to perform essential duties safely
• Able to lift 50 lbs.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
