Job Title: Hematology/Oncology Physician

Shift Details:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• 1 weekend call per month for consults and rounding (consulting service patients are admitted by hospitalist)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Work Details:

• Support staff: 2MDs, 2 APPs
• Patients per day: 18-20 clinic; 1-5 inpatient when on call
• Patient population/age: Adults-Geriatrics
• Department description: Hematology/Oncology
• EMR: EPIC

Practice Setting: Clinic/Hospital (call)

Requirements:

• Board Certification: Oncology required; Hematology preferred
• DEA: Yes
• Minimum experience required: 2 years

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 – 120 days

Willing To License: Yes, will consider IMLC eligible
