Job Description:
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call
Practice Setting: Outpatient & Inpatient & Telehealth
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Patients Per Shift: 12
Beds in Department: 21 chair center
EMR: Epic/Beacon (All chemo ordered through treatment plans)
Description:
- Monday through Friday, inpatient and outpatient hospital coverage.
- Flexible to 4 x 10-hour days or 5 x 8-hour days.
- Night/weekend call
- No more than 12 patients per day if/when outpatient, with visit types:
- Survivorship
- ACP
- Chemo Start Visits
- Benign Hematology Consults
- Pre-chemotherapy f/u visits
- 21 chair Oncology infusion center
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible
- BLS
- Covid Card
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS
- Washington
