- A+ Certification
- 3+ years' experience supporting PC hard and software
- Knowledge of Desktop OS 7/8/9
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Dell and IBM certified
- MS Office
- Windows 7/8/9 support exp.
- Drive Encryption Software
- Email exp. - PST/Login and password resets as needed
- Printer connectivity experience
- Client's Core Image Support
- Acceptance testing for new core loads
- Exp. in data transfer for new deployments
- Exp. with documentation, training and escalation for Help Desk
- Exp. with Cisco for client VPN installs and troubleshooting
