Job Description:
Open position in the Northern Field Services Branch for a desktop support technician. This technician will be located at Louisville and will provide support for multiple agencies in Jefferson and the surrounding counties. The preferred candidate would need the following:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation
- Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow)
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Hardware and software experience.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
