Position Description: Provides technical and analytical support for all county employees with their use of any supported information technology to complete their assigned projects and/or duties. Troubleshoots hardware and software problems; responds to calls and provides solutions, information and/or technical assistance; prepares, monitors, operates and supports all County computer systems and software; installs, moves, maintains system hardware; technology inventory management; and assigns Work Orders to next tier support when needed.

WORK HOURS, WORK LOCATION
Work Hours: The normal hours of work shall be 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, overtime as necessary and approved.
Scheduled hours would be either 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. To allow for flexibility within the department, these schedules can be adjusted upon mutual agreement between the employee and the IT Director.
