Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming internet inquiries and internet phone leads.
- Be prepared to provide honest, thorough, complete information
- Able to work complete deal online, no showroom visits necessary
- Use digital retailing tools like Roadster and texting ting in our sales process
- Respond to emails in a professional, well-written manner.
- Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection, providing industry knowledge and the highest level of customer happiness.
- Work with them accordingly to set appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration.
- Other duties as assigned.
