Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments
- Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat scripts and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information & direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
- Relates clearly to potential buyers the benefits of new features, specifications, prices, colors, options, accessories, models, series, and standard equipment on all product lines.
- Physically inspects both vehicles for sale and vehicles presented for trade-in to identify any defects, flaws, blemishes and damages either on the exterior or the interior.
Qualifications
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Great customer service skills
- Create and maintain customer relationships
- Strong computer & phone skills (Internet Leads, Internet, MS Outlook, CRM)
- Prior Sales, Call Center, or BDC Experience a Must
