The Help Desk Triage Analyst is primarily responsible for triaging incoming support tickets related to software, IT and billing issues, as well as providing basic level 1 troubleshooting, phone support, and other assistance to users. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
Position Responsibilities:
- Receive, triage, and prioritize incoming support tickets related to IT, software, and billing issues
- Work with end-users to troubleshoot and diagnose basic software issues
- Provide timely resolution to issues or escalate tickets to appropriate teams
- Assist with answering phones and providing basic support and assistance to users
- Unlock user accounts, merge patients, reset user passwords, and perform other basic administrative tasks
- Document ticket details, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ticketing system
- Collaborate with other teams to report and investigate complex issues
- Proactively identify and communicate issues to management and relevant teams
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and documentation
- Maintain a basic understanding of eCW and medical billing requirements
- Other duties may be assigned

Position Requirements:
- High School or Equivalent
- 1-3 years’ experience in custom service preferred
