Position Overview: Provide technical support within the Information Technology Department to help ensure effective functioning of Agency’s Information Technology infrastructure and operations, including hardware, software, and peripherals. Interface with outside vendors as necessary. Ensure end users are sufficiently supported to complete their job duties.

Qualifications: Associate’s degree in any Information Technology field with at least 2 years of related experience. Knowledge and ability to demonstrate strong working knowledge of basic PC/laptop technology in a corporate environment, to include network and wi-fi connectivity, printing, domain authentication concepts and procedures, VPN connections, email, and basic desktop applications such as Microsoft Office, and browser functionality. Strong troubleshooting, user interaction communication, and documentation skills required.
