TS/SCI with POLYGRAPH clearance necessary!
DAY HOURS: Monday through Friday, 10 am-6 pm OR
2pm-10pm OR 3pm-11pm
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software.
● Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
● Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
● Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
**A+/Net+, or higher cert required. Or start without cert and given 6 months to obtain!!! Flash Reimburses for passing cert.
High School Diploma or GED plus up to 5 years of experience required. OR equivalent combo. (BS and no exp)
