WolkeMSP is looking for a full-time Support Specialist to assist in managing our clients IT needs. We provide managed IT services on a scheduled basis for our clients. You will be responsible for the weekly onsite IT systems maintenance of multiple clients. Great customer service and communication skills, strong understanding of Networking Principles, Active Directory and Windows Servers is required as well as strong troubleshooting skills. Reliable transportation is also a must. WolkeMSP has a flexible schedule, great clients and fun, ever-changing atmosphere. You will never get stuck sitting in the same office day after day. We offer full benefits and extremely competitive pay along with mileage reimbursement. Previous experience in a Helpdesk or Network Support role is mandatory.
Responsibilities
Responsible for onsite preventive maintenance, backup management and first level IT support for our Managed Service Clients.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of computers (Windows and Mac), Active Directory, Windows Server and core networking, great verbal communication skills, reliable transportation.
Additional Information
Previous experience is required, Network + or equivalent certification is also required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
