Help Desk Representative

LHH is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team ONSITE in El Dorado Hills, CA to provide technical assistance to customers using our accounting software. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure, ensuring our customers receive excellent support throughout their interactions with us.

Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries promptly and accurately through phone and ticketing systems

• Assist customers in utilizing specific features of our software

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members

• Test and analyze product malfunctions to identify and report issues

• Update internal databases with technical issue details and customer interactions

• Collaborate with team members to share feature requests and effective solutions

• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution of technical issues

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Knowledge of accounting principles is preferred

• Experience with Help Desk software and remote support tools

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging situations

Hours: 40 per week, 8a to 5p M - F ONSITE
