Responsibilities:
IT Asset Management Technician Responsibilities:
Process all inventory requests and provide technical support to end users
Track assets through the life cycle of the items, including disposal.
Configure computers and laptops for employees.
Install, repair and modify software and company assets.
IT Asset Management Technician Requirements:
1-2 years of tech support and customer service.
Associates or Bachelors Degree (or working towards) from accredited university.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with precision and urgency.
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
