HEDIS CoordinatorCompensation

• The pay for this position is $20-$23 per hour based on experience
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

HEDIS Coordinator Highlights

• 100% Fully Remote! (Must reside in New York)
• The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Eastern Time

HEDIS Coordinator Responsibilities

• Assist with retrieval of Medical Records during HEDIS season
• Works with the HEDIS team to collect member records by contacting providers and placing collected records into database utilized
• Required to handle inbound and outbound calls with provider offices
• Retrieve Medical Records from various sources: email, fax, mail, provider portal, etc.
• Excellent documentation of research and contact information
• Labeling records with appropriate naming convention
• Loading Medical Records and charts to abstraction database
• Perform other quality initiatives as necessary

HEDIS Coordinator Requirements

• Prior HEDIS Medical Record experience required
• Working knowledge of HEDIS quality measures
• Must live in the state of New York - Must be comfortable to work 8-5 Eastern Time
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

HEDIS Coordinator Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in quality initiatives (including HEDIS project, analysis or NCQA standards)
