Tresca Brothers Sand & Gravel is a Ready Mix Concrete company in Millis, MA.
This Position will be in support of the garage and their needs, and will work directly underneath the service director, and the fleet manager.
Parts Department Duties:
Ordering parts as needed and for Inventory
Develop and implement an Inventory log
Communicate with the Maintenance department daily on what is needed to be ordered.
Forecast parts that will be needed, and order ahead of time.
Establish and keep good relationships with all of our vendors.
Reach out and meet new vendors for potential business.
Bi-yearly establish a list of the most used parts and receive quotes from all of our vendors, to ensure best prices when purchasing.
Establish bulk ordering for heavy discounts through local and out of state vendors.
Keep a clean and organized work space.
Receive quotes when ordering parts, check off parts through the packing list when they are delivered, and ensure that invoices match packing list and quotes, before submitting to AP for processing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
