Commercial Truck Parts Counter

Counter Sales Representative

Duties:

· Selling Commercial Truck Parts and vehicles at the counter and over the phone to meet monthly sales goals

· Generate new sales leads and follow up with customers (includes cold and warm calling)

· Resolving customer issues requiring excellent customer service skills

· Utilizing multiple marketing avenues to promote products

· Managing quotes, invoices, shipping documents and all other paperwork in an orderly fashion

· Utilizing Asana internal tasks and lead management (notes, appointments, follow-ups, etc.)

· Utilizing all aspects of our industry specific inventory management system to track sales, purchases and inventory on hand

· Assisting warehouse employees and shipping / receiving when needed

Experience:

· 3 years experience in vehicle mechanics required, concentration in Commercial Trucks is a plus

· 3 years experience in a sales position required

· Computer proficiency / Fluent in Office Suite

· Team oriented, flexible to changes and able to adapt to situations quickly, focused on maintaining a high level of customer service

· Valid driver’s license

· Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) preferred, Asana is a plus

· Able to obtain a forklift certification

Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
