Assistant Branch Manager Job Responsibilities
Assist in the oversight of daily team planning, meetings, and coordination between fabrication, customer service, and production/logistics teams.
Review and adjust schedules as needed, ensuring material availability and work completion.
Follow through on work done and guarantee that customer needs are met efficiently.
Work collaboratively with invoicing, fabrication, and other teams.
Utilize leadership skills to foster employee development within the team.
Play a key role in the company’s expansion and modernization efforts.
Qualifications
Industry experience in lifting, rigging, crane, or related fields is highly preferred.
Strong communication skills and competency in handling team and human interactions.
