Heavy Equipment Operator/Laborer

Capitol Services LLC, a site and utility /excavation company located in Waltham, MA is currently seeking experienced Operators and Laborers. We value our employees and offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

### Duties:

- Operate and maintain various types of Heavy Equipment: Excavators, Loaders, Bulldozers, Rock Trucks

- Ability to excavate and install utilities such as Water/Sewer/Drain Lines

- Able to perform Mass Cut & Fill operations

- Laborers responsible for grading and utility installation

- Ability to setup and use laser

- Ability to read and understand plans

### Requirements:

- For Operators - previous experience operating Heavy Equipment - 3+ years or more
- Previous experience installing utilities and performing excavation activities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team

• MA Hoisting License (required for Operators)
