Lead Heavy Equipment Operator

Responsibilities:
- Operate Heavy Equipment proficiently, including but not limited to excavators, loaders, skid-steers, and bulldozers
- Perform layout, and hand digging as required
- Ability to read site plans and blue prints
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors

Requirements:
- Proven experience in operating Heavy Equipment, specifically Excavators, loaders, dozers, skid steers.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of equipment maintenance
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

-Experience 3-5 years (preferred)

-Seasonal- Typical Season ( May- November)

-Hours- 7:30- 5:00 Monday - Thursday (Fridays dependent on scheduling)

-Gas stipend for commuting

- One week PTO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
