Reports to: Aggregate Manager
Purpose
C & H Aggregate, LLC is searching for skilled Equipment Operators to work at our Pierce, Colorado location. This role would be responsible for running equipment and cross training other mechanical roles within the company. We provide clean late model equipment: loaders, dozers, excavators, and haul trucks. We are looking for team players who emphasize safety in the workplace.
Job Duties

• General mechanical skills
• Adhere to MSHA rules and regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Responsible for obtaining and properly using company supplied PPE.
• Document daily activity and equipment checks fully and accurately (DVIR, logbook, field ticket, maintenance, etc.)
• All duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Heavy equipment operation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Required)
• MSHA certification
• Excavation, mining, and/or crushing experience (preferred).
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications.

Schedule

• Day shift (6:00am – 5:00pm) Monday through Friday, Saturday varies as needed.
• Possibility of second shift
