My client is internationally renowned in the Heavy Equipment industry and have a great reputation for staff retention, work life balance, and looking after their employees. Due to their continued success and growth, they are now looking for an experienced Field Technician/Mechanic to be based near Sylmar, CA.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of equipment such as backhoes, loaders, excavators, generators, compressors, and diesel engines. This company pride themselves on continued training courses to help all employees become technical experts in their field.
This role would suit a Field Service Technician/Mechanic, looking to work for an organization at the forefront of the Heavy Equipment industry, offering continued training and progression opportunities.
The Role:
*Local territory - No staying away from home.
*Maintenance and troubleshooting on specialized Heavy Equipment.
*Monday - Friday 40hrs / 7am - 4pm / some overtime.
The Candidate:
*Field Service Technician/Mechanic.
*5+ years working on any of the following Heavy Equipment: CAT/Cummins Engines, Loaders, Excavators, Forklifts, Rental machinery, Generators, Compressors or Diesel Engines.
*Looking to work for a company that invests in their employees and offer continued training courses.
