Position: Healthcare Operations Manager
Monogram Health is seeking a leader who will be responsible for managing the performance and P&L of its market.The Healthcare Operations Manager work closely with a physician and lead a team of nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, and support team members to care for and improve health outcomes of an attributed patient panel.This individual will be accountable for the overall clinical and operational performance of their assigned market.
The Healthcare Operations Manager will be charged with achieving company metrics including but not limited to medical expense management, admissions, blood pressure and diabetes management, conservative pathways execution, dialysis starts, and staff productivity.The Healthcare Operations Manager will work closely with clinical and corporate leaders to ensure exceptional patient care is being provided by their team.He/she should be a champion of change and embrace opportunities to improve performance.
Experience managing a high-risk patient population and leading clinical staff in a care management, managed care and/or or home health environment are preferred. Microsoft Excel and EMR/Care Management platform experience are required. Must have experience analyzing clinical and operational performance.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the P&L for the assigned market
- Manage performance against operational metrics
- Partner with Market Medical Director to manage performance against clinical metrics
- Lead, motivate, and drive accountability for a team of nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and social workers
- Prepare, review and analyze performance and health outcome reports to identify areas requiring attention and improvement and acting quickly to resolve known issues
- Plan staffing schedules to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Assist in the hiring of clinical staff members
- Execute corporate and regional strategy to deliver quality patient care
- Perform other duties as assigned

Position Requirements
- This position is remote but may require 25% of travel within their given market
- Experience supervising nurses, nurse practitioners, and social workers
- Experience partnering with physicians to drive results
- Proven accountability for performance and driving results
- Ability to multi-task and manage a large volume of concurrent priorities
- Comfortable using, interpreting and drawing conclusions from large data sets
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, etc.)
- BS/BA or equivalent experience required; MBA, MHA, or similar degree a plus
- 3+ years previous experience working in Managed Care or Delegated Risk Partnerships
