Our client, a healthcare company, is looking to hire multiple Customer Service Representatives to start on 2/12!
•Remote position
•Monday - Friday, 8a - 5p or 11a - 8p
•Handle a high volume of inbound calls
•Make outbound calls to follow up on Medicare/Medicaid enrollment
•Interact with customers via phone, chat, email, and Teams
•1+ year of healthcare experience required
•Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment experience is preferred
