Great opportunity to join Luna's Compliance team that oversees federal and state regulatory requirements. This opening provides support to all cross functional teams in researching compliance requirements for billing and other operational and clinical teams. You will be helping to support the Compliance process such as referral requirements, plan of care requirements, specific payer requirements, workers compensation approval requirements, state direct access laws management, and more. This role will directly impact the ability for our clinicians to do their jobs efficiently and effectively!
Detailed Functions/Key Differentiators:
Independently handles specific outreach workflows to physicians offices
Ensure SLA physician office outreach for POC and referral requirements
Develop independence in defined communications for Medicare, Direct Access, Payer specific outreach scripts
Provide satisfactory written communication to maintain communication logs
Consistently generates reports for daily workflows and maintains data cleanliness
Care plan MD/Missing MD workflows
Missing MD outreach
Builds new physician profiles
Supports OIG vendors
Reports on Care plan/MD data
Training of Physician success associate I
Dashboard setup and process tracking
Job Qualifications:
Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience.
Organization skills.
Critical thinking skills.
Good written communication.
Education:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent
