Health, Safety, Quality and Environment Technician
Mission of the vacancy
Ensuring the management of quality systems in prevention and Environment, taking care of the health and safety of employees and that the working environment is safe for all staff working in the organization, and in relation to the warehouse, to organize and control the operations and flow of goods in the warehouse, in accordance with the established procedures and current regulations, ensuring the Quality and optimization of the same.
Job Functions
- To maintain on a daily basis the Integrated Management System according to UNE EN ISO 45001 standards of the Tetrace group.
- Promote, control and ensure the health and safety of workers in the TETRACE group on a daily basis.
- Carry out accident investigations and initiate preventive actions according to what has happened.
- Ensure daily compliance with legal safety requirements and according to customer needs.
- Update and manage the planning of preventive activities at all work stations.
- Manage client audits and approvals.
- Carry out an exhaustive follow-up of quality non-conformities and open action plans for their correct implementation.
- Promote, control and ensure daily environmental requirements.
- 1. Manage and coordinate the inputs and outputs of material in the warehouse, as well as the products in stock for the correct supply, both for internal projects and for end customers, with the aim of meeting deadlines for delivery of material in coordination with the purchasing department.
- Receive the goods that enter the warehouse, check that they are in good condition, record them photographically, and enter them in the ERP on a daily basis.
- Store the goods received according to the established procedure.
- Review the stock in the warehouse as necessary according to the record made in the ERP.
- Update the ERP on a daily basis with the different products available by means of photographic records and the specification of their characteristics (name and weight).
- Register in the ERP and control the expiry date of PPE and measuring equipment, and if feasible, have them calibrated and checked.
- Organize and prepare the materials and PPE required for the project.
Technical Skills
- Educational background: Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (HSE) + training in Transport and Logistics and/or similar.
- Language (level): Native English and Spanish would be a plus.
- Other technical knowledge: HSE platforms, ERP.
