- Provide health coaching services to clients with a focus on behavior management and physical activity.
- Design and implement personalized fitness and wellness plans based on individual needs and goals.
- Educate clients on nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being to promote healthy lifestyle choices.
- Utilize expertise in sports coaching, physical education, and various sports disciplines such as cheerleading, judo, swimming, martial arts, and basketball to enhance client engagement.
- Monitor client progress, track goals, and provide motivation and support throughout their health journey. Follow the Own My Health guidleines
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Health Education, Exercise Science, Nutrition, or equivalent experience.
- Certification in Health Coaching or related field preferred.
- Strong background in behavior management techniques and experience in educating individuals on health and fitness topics.
- Proficiency in various sports coaching methodologies and physical education practices.
- Ability to adapt coaching techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate individuals towards achieving their health goals.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
