What you'll be doing:
You will source and build relationships with qualified prospective outside healthcare residents, help guide them through the sales process, find creative ways to overcome objections through mutual discovery and agreement and ultimately lead prospective residents to secure residency in the community.
How you'll do it:
- Sell using a relationship-based sales process: conducting discovery and listening to qualified prospective residents' needs, wants and concerns; personalizing sales approach to each individual prospective healthcare resident according to their unique personality and buying style.
- Manager Health Care, SNF/AL and MC marketing, proactively meet with case managers, discharge planners on occupancy and bed availability.
- Establish a clear understanding of the clinical services provided and market to targeted audiences through lectures, marketing booths, 1:1 visit, tours etc.
- Responsible for acquiring managed care contracts and partnerships with reputed Health Care organizations to expand portfolio of business.
- Ensure web leads and inquires are actively followed up on with timely tours scheduled.
- Educate admissions coordinators and AL manager on referrals, work with the clinical team on prompt assessments for quick conversion.
- Serve as the point of contact for community leaders, senior centers, outreach organizations, board and care, doctor offices and other referral sources.
- Work with campus directors on understanding services and how a CCRC operates to educate the potential leads.
- Contribute to community census by qualifying leads, managing a pipeline of prospects, conducting sales activities, recording notes in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, receiving deposits and moving in new residents.
- Manage self-driven daily activity by scheduling and completing sales activities and accurately recording their completion utilizing the community's CRM software. Demonstrate tangible results of sales activities.
- Maintain awareness of competition and other market factors that influence prospective residents' decision-making; display practical application of competitive and market information in daily sales efforts.
- Produce routine reporting that empowers sales activities and provides valuable information about customer preferences and objections.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation throughout the sales and transaction process.
- Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Salary: $83,000 - $94,000 + Commission, based on experience.

About you:
- Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing or related field is preferred.
- Two (2) year of experience in outside sales or a related field.
- Ability to continuously balance competing priorities while providing sales support to key stakeholders.
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft office programs, customer relationship management software and social media platforms.
- Outstanding phone skills and knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
