Social Worker Or Social Worker Assistant

Duties:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to assess clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Provide individual counseling and therapy sessions to address various mental health issues

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, or related field
- Chinese language skills (Mandarin and/or Cantonese)
- Knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and interventions
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Understanding of medical documentation requirements and ability to maintain accurate records
