Head Coach Job Description
General:
• Oversee and manage the budget. Reconciling receipts.
• Manage all equipment.
• Purchase equipment, gear, etc
• Manage travel/itinerary planning: Buses, meals, flights, hotels
• Facility scheduling for practice, games, camps, clinics.
• Communicate with assigner for officials, evaluate officials, pay officials
• Manage plan and execute fundraising
• All facets of recruiting
• Practice planning and executing, after practice review
• Pregame scouting, game strategy, post game film review and clips
• Monitoring Academics/schedules of athletes
• Manage weight lifting and all physical fitness plans for the team
• Game management rotation/Bethel home games
• Spiritual development of team
