Your Tasks – Paint the world green
- Interface to Global Treasury at HQ
- Leading a team of Treasury professionals or a treasury organization
- Establishing and implementing approved treasury policies in line with local requirements
- Overseeing and guiding all critical treasury programs
- Budgetary decisions and resource allocation responsibilities
- Spearheading the ongoing development of Treasury infrastructure
- Ensuring robust risk management measures at the company level
- Meeting agreed performance targets for all relevant transactions
- NA treasury:
- Acting as the regional point of contact, overseeing, and strategizing liquidity management
- Managing monthly, quarterly, & annual financial statements for treasury operations
- Implementing and monitoring payment transactions
- Supporting intercompany financial relationships
- Handling letter of credit business and guarantees
- Collaborating with HQ treasury to secure local financing where needed (example: bus leases)
- Monitoring compliance and reporting for local indebtedness
- In coordination & as per HQ treasury instructions:
- Implementing Flix group's finance & treasury strategy (including cash management, banking, financing, cash pooling, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and market risk management)
- Managing and executing treasury IT projects
- Designing organizational structures (bank details, account concentration, bank clearing, electronic banking)
- Utilizing and managing treasury systems efficiently
Your Profile – Ready to hop on board
- 10+ years of Treasury, Controlling, or Finance experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Expertise in essential treasury functions
- Proven management capabilities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in project management
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams towards goal achievement
- Demonstrated individual accountability
