About Us:

We are an innovative new ad network transforming the way advertising is experienced in high foot traffic venues across the United States. We engineered a patent pending product where we can serve ads through charging outlets. So if someone wants to charge their phone, computer or device, they have to watch a 15 second ad first. In early testing, the conversion rates for advertisers have been very high.

Our proprietary charging outlets not only provide a valuable service to the public but also offer an engaging advertising platform for brands. As we expand our reach, we're looking for a driven and experienced Head of Sales to spearhead our growth and get our devices into thousands of new venues.

Also as an FYI, the technology and company this is under is not Growtoro - we just have the exclusive sales rights - so we will provide an NDA and agreements for you to sign if our discussion advances.

The Role:

As the Head of Sales, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, responsible for getting our proprietary charging outlets installed in a wide range of venues, including airports, transportation hubs, malls, cafes, coffee shops and more places. Your goal will be to secure new venue partnerships across the country, thereby expanding our network and driving our revenue through more ad sale inventory.

This is a fairly easy and straightforward sale because it is 100% free for the venues to install (we handle all the costs) and they get a new much needed income stream (venues get a % of all ad sales shown in their venue), so it's a very simple sell to them. It's a short sales and installation cycle as well. We are currently in 14 venues!

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed our target of installing charging outlets in over 1,000 venues by the end of 2024.
  • Venue Acquisition: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with high-traffic venues where our charging outlets will have the most impact.
  • Sales Outreach: Reach out to venue decision makers directly to bring this opportunity to them. We will supply you with the data and system to use!
  • Sales Strategy: Work closely with our internal teams to develop new lead & prospecting strategies to get these outlets into new venues. There is so much opportunity here with unlimited expansion potential.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive ad revenue through strategic venue acquisition, directly contributing to our goal of becoming a nine-figure brand by the end of the year.

What We Offer:

Life Changing compensation: There is no base to start but we will offer LIFETIME RECURRING COMMISSION for every ad shown in every venue you bring on board. The earning potential here is uncapped and literally unlimited. You can easily literally earn hundreds of thousands in Year 1 and millions of dollars from this by Year 2 (without having to put that much time in since the sale is straightforward and a short sales cycle).

After hitting certain revenue milestones you will get bonuses as well which can be paid as a salary or just a monthly bonus.

The reason for the no base is we are looking to really find the right person who is motivated by the long term and major upside component of the opportunity and not someone who just wants to make some side $$ in the next few months.

This a very passive post sale too - you won’t have to do any management.
