Head Of Product Management / Fintech

HCX, the SaaS platform for investing in people, is looking for a Head of Product (VP / senior director level) to oversee our investment platform roadmap. This includes capabilities, feature prioritization, optimization and usability. We’re looking for an independent, curious product team leader to drive innovation and customer adoption for our new alternative asset class.

Reporting to the Chief Market Officer, the ideal candidate has a unique combination of fintech, product definition, process scaling, and SaaS. You MUST have experience with investment products or marketplaces, financial securities, crowdfunding, alternative investing, or alternative currencies. HCX is a marketplace and experience with both B2B and B2C and/or marketplaces is a huge plus.

You are both strategic and hands-on. You’re detail- and process-oriented and have excellent communication skills. You’ll be the center of communication for multiple teams.

Requirements

• Must Have 4+ years of experience with fintech, software-enabled investment platforms, or financial services products.
• Must have experience with Reg D and/or Reg CF securitization, crowdfunding, or RIA management.
• 6+ years of experience in software Product Management, at least 3 years leading a product team.
• Top-notch written and oral communication skills.
• A collaborarative, team-oriented, agile product development methodology.
• UI/UX design management and wireframing skills are ideal.
• Bachelor’s degree. MBA preferred.

• Remote - you can work from anywhere in the United States.
• Our team is based in California and you'll be working with engineering teams around the world.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
