Who we are

25m Health is launching a new venture, NewCo, which is scaling the standard of beauty through the lens of women's health, and we're on a mission to disrupt a $20B+ industry. We're setting out to blend the pursuit of health and wellness by enabling more providers to practice the type of medicine they believe in. NewCo meets women, providers, and physician groups where they are while reimagining what they can achieve together. What we're building is part MSO, part new age clinic, and part way-of-life movement. We're a team of pragmatic idealists who are willing to sweat the details to bring a new kind of women's health to the people who have yet to be reached by the first and second generation of digital health.

Position summary

The Head of Operations will work closely with 25m Health Studio team, NewCo leadership + advisors, and the executive sponsors from our health system partners to bring NewCo's vision to life.

You will be responsible for operationalizing and scaling our managed services stack and clinical offerings. You will work closely with our clinical advisors and leadership team to develop our care delivery strategy and operational playbook as we launch our first market. You will also spearhead scaling into new markets. This role will oversee all things aesthetics services delivery, clinical and care workflows, market level staffing, operational outcomes tracking and reporting, and further clinical team hiring.

The Head of Operations will collaborate closely with the 25m Health studio team (including engineering and product), clinical SMEs, and our hospital partner's executive leaders. This position is well suited for an individual who has built new clinical locations from 0 to 1 before but is now ready to be involved from Day 1 and execute as an all-around athlete for operations. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who has built clinical operational expertise and is now hungry for a fast-track path to COO.

Key Responsibilities

Alongside the support of our studio team, you will be responsible for launching our first pilot and ultimately scaling this company nationally. Responsibilities include:

• Launch and Scale: Spearhead from 0 to 1 the process of launching our first pilot market, followed by several others in new markets over the coming years; inclusive of overseeing day-to-day operations at first launch
• Build out clinical and tech workflows: Partner with our studio's engineering team to develop a suite of tools to make our clinic effective and efficient
• Serve as a partner to our clinical SMEs to develop best practice aesthetics and women's health protocols
• Team Growth, Development, and Leadership: Build out, hire, and manage a high performing market-level team; ensuring new clinical team members are prepared to deliver top care as per our care model
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure clinical and aesthetic services, documentation, training, and supervision meet regulatory requirements

Who you are:

• 4+ years of work experience in clinical operations within healthcare, including experience building out new sites of care from 0 to 1
• 2+ years of managerial experience
• Experience partnering with one of the following: Health Systems, Physician Groups, or Payors
• Experience working with an innovative, consumer focused company is preferred
• Exceptional ownership mindset and excited about the potential path to COO
• Demonstrated passion for women's health
• Ability to travel 2x / month to clinic locations

Compensation

• $140 – 160K, commensurate with experience
• Competitive equity package included
