We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Marketing who'll own & drive Reebelo's marketing strategy across all our non-paid channels. This role is perfect for those who excel in implementing bold, innovative ideas and are not afraid to experiment. The ideal candidate will blend creative thinking with analytical rigor to develop strategies and explore channels that will redefine the market, making refurbished tech & sustainable lifestyle products a preferred choice among consumers worldwide.
Your typical day may include:
- Define Reebelo's Marketing strategy across all our non-paid channels
- Help us to turn Reebelo into a household name for certified pre-owned tech & sustainable lifestyle products
- Build & lead your own marketing team, in addition to selected agency partners
- Create and implement innovative content across a variety of organic acquisition channels, impacting not just brand awareness but also measurable company performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to build and deploy marketing content extensible to paid platforms such as Social Media (including Meta, TikTok, Reddit), Search Engines, Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, and other channels
- Employ an analytical approach to measure the effectiveness of your work, not only through corporate attribution models but also by assessing broader impacts, including monitoring geographic incrementality, to truly gauge your influence on customer and revenue growth
- Become a core team member of our US Management team, and work closely together with our Chief Growth Officer as well as our Founder & CEO.
We’d love to have a chat with you if you have:
- 5+ years experience leading Marketing teams, with demonstrable success in social media, PR & sales growth.
- Experience in developing a unique marketing channel with over 1MM+ monthly visitors
- A self-starter attitude and competitive spirit, combined with creativity, urgency, and a passion for making a significant impact
- Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and outstanding communication abilities.
- Active participation in the Growth & Growth Hack circle, keeping up with and taking advantage of evolving trends
- A degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
- Startup or similar experience in a high-growth environment
- Highly self-motivated and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires an ability to learn and adapt quickly
Base salary + individual performance bonus.
