Position: Head of Growth Marketing
As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive Growth Marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to implement growth initiatives and optimize user experiences.
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Manage budget allocation and resource planning to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and user experiences.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and report on the effectiveness of Growth initiatives.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in Growth Marketing or related roles, with a track record of driving scalable user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and methodologies, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence key stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing priorities and requirements.
- Creative problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of SaaS or technology industry preferred, but not required.
